1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number, email address, CA level and attempt.
- Orders: what you bought, the amount, promo code and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner Cashfree Payments; we never receive or store them.
- Your work: answer sheets you upload, your marks, remarks and checked copies.
- Enquiries: details you share through the contact or call-back form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and the advertisement or link that brought you to us (for example UTM tags), collected with cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, deliver papers and get your answer sheets checked.
- To process payments, send order confirmations, invoices and result notifications.
- To answer your questions and, if you ask for it, call you back about our plans.
- To improve our papers and website, and to measure which advertisements work.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our evaluators (qualified CAs), who see your answer sheet to check it.
- Service providers who help us run the service: payment processing (Cashfree Payments), hosting, email and messaging, and analytics or advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) for measuring visits and ads.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and analytics or advertising cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (like staying signed in) may then stop working.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting law. Answer sheets and checked copies are kept so you can view them in your dashboard and may be deleted after your exam attempt is over.
6. Security
The website uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to student data is limited to people who need it to provide the service.
7. Your choices and rights
- See or correct your details in your dashboard, or ask us to do it.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Stop promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
8. Children
Students under 18 should use the service with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
