1. About us
catestseries.in (“CA Test Series”, “we”, “us”) offers online practice test series for students preparing for the CA Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations. We are an independent test series provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
2. Your account
- Give correct details (name, mobile number, email) when you sign up or buy.
- Keep your password private. Your account is for you alone and must not be shared.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Purchases and prices
- Test series are sold per plan and per subject. The price and any discount are shown before you pay.
- Promo codes have their own conditions (validity, minimum amount) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Papers, schedule and validity
- Scheduled papers are released in your dashboard at 12:00 AM on their scheduled date.
- You can write a released paper any time within the validity of your test series (till your exam attempt).
- We may change a date or replace a paper when needed (for example, after a syllabus or exam-date change by ICAI). We will tell you about important changes.
5. Answer sheets and evaluation
- Upload your handwritten answer sheet as a single, readable PDF. Pages that cannot be read may not be marked.
- Answer sheets are checked by qualified Chartered Accountants, usually within the time stated for your plan (24 or 48 hours). In busy periods it may take up to 72 hours.
- Marks and remarks are for practice and self-assessment only. They do not predict or guarantee your marks in the ICAI examination.
6. Pass Guarantee Series
Benefits of the Pass Guarantee Series (counselling calls, study planner, revision sessions) are provided as described on the plan at the time of purchase. Any additional promise linked to the plan applies only under the written conditions shared with you when you buy.
7. Use of content
Question papers, suggested answers, remarks and all website content belong to CA Test Series. They are for your personal study only. You must not copy, share, sell, upload elsewhere or distribute them, in whole or in part. Accounts that share content may be suspended without refund.
8. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website, access other students' data, or upload anything unlawful or unrelated to your answers.
9. Liability
We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the test series concerned.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
