1. Full refund within 24 hours
You can cancel your purchase and get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of payment and you have not downloaded any question paper or suggested answer of the test series you are cancelling.
2. When a refund is not possible
- More than 24 hours have passed since payment.
- Any question paper, suggested answer or checked copy of that test series has been downloaded or viewed, or an answer sheet has been uploaded.
- The test series was bought at a special price under an offer that clearly said it was non-refundable.
Because papers and suggested answers are digital content that cannot be returned, we cannot refund them once they have been accessed.
3. Partial cancellation
If you bought several subjects in one order, you can cancel only the subjects whose papers you have not downloaded, within the same 24-hour window. The refund is the amount you paid for those subjects after any discount.
4. Payment failed or charged twice
If money was deducted but your order did not go through, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment reference. Such amounts are refunded in full once the payment is confirmed with our payment partner (Cashfree Payments). Many failed payments are reversed automatically by the bank.
5. Changing plan or subjects
Bought the wrong subject or plan? Contact us within 24 hours and before downloading any paper and we will switch it for you. If the new choice costs more, you pay only the difference.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email info@catestseries.in from your registered email address (or WhatsApp us) with your order number and the reason. You can also contact us here.
7. When you get the money
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show the credit.
8. If we cancel
If we are unable to provide a test series you paid for, we will refund the amount for the papers not provided.
